Welcome to MarKim Farms,
a breeder of modern World Class Champion Oldenburg Sport Horses.
We are very selective in our breeding program. Our commitment
is to improve the breed both in temperament and athletic ability . .
. and we do it selectively . . . one at a time.
We base our breeding
program on the most elite European bloodlines . . . The "Magic Trio"
of modern dressage breeding:

Because
we believe bloodlines are one of the most important breeding
considerations, we have focused our efforts on these three
foundation sires.
Our current broodmares are
direct daughters of Weltmeyer and Rubinstein I. We breed them
to the best modern sires in the world today, incorporating Sandro
Hit and other current successful stallions that are highly
compatible with these worldclass foundation bloodlines.

MarKim
Farms' breeding program has produced
Champions who have captured several USDF National Awards,
including Champion All Breeds Oldenburg Colt in the Nation &
Reserve Champion Horse of the Year, Sport Horse Colt.

A number of musical excerpts are
played on the zither, a fascinating instrument made famous by the
Third Man movie.The zither is
popular in Bavaria and Austria. I hope you enjoy it.
