MarKim Farms' Liaisonne is a Main Mare Book Oldenburg Star Mare sired by the Oldenburg Five Star Stallion Frohwind (by Furioso II out of Windstille by Weltmeister). Her dam was a Thoroughbred mare who was inspected and entered into the Oldenburg Main Mare Book with Premium status. As a result, Liaisonne is a modern type Oldenburg of the type that meets MarKim Farms' breeding goals.

Liaisonne's sire Frohwind ( By Furioso II out of Windstille by Weltmeister) is a 5-star stallion.  He was Champion of his 100 Day Stallion performance Testing, scoring 137.54.  Scoring 9's for Willingness to Work, Ability to Work and Rideability.
