Our Hall of Fame is dedicated to our Champion Oldenburg Sporthorses we have had the pleasure to breed.

San Bella

San Bella was sold to Alida Davis of MA in 2008.

San Bella was rated Premium and Site Champion at the Oldenburg Inspection in Findlay, Ohio on August 18, 2007.  San Bella follows in the footsteps of the MarKim Farms’ award winning Champion Colts: Reagan, Wunderstern, and Impromptu.

The Oldenburg Inspection Committee stated that she is of great quality and if born in Germany, she would have been selected for their esteemed Elite Auction in Vechta, Germany.  Out of the hundreds of foals born in Germany, only a select few are invited to the auction.  San Bella stands up to the best in Germany!

In addition, she was selected to represent all of Sagnol's foals by being the only foal showcased in his published 2008 stallion ad!!

Reagan

Reagan, our 2005 Champion Highpoint Oldenburg NA Premium Foal by Riverman **** and our  Star Oldenburg Mare Liaisonne -/*/- (Frohwind*****), was Champion at his inspection and scored an impressive 8.4.   That year some 513 foals in North America were presented for inspection.  Only 25 foals were awarded 8.4 or higher.  This puts Reagan in the top 5% in North America!  He was sold to Kathleen Mitchell of Florida in December 2005.

Both Wunderstern and Impromptu have earned their place by brilliant championship performances and their awards as the  USDF National Oldenburg NA Champions in 2003 and 2004.  In addition, Impromptu was the USDF National Reserve Champion Horse of  the Year for 2003, Sport Horse Colt.   In January, 2005 they were sold to Dreamfield Farms, Lexington, Kentucky.  We wish them a successful future!

2003 Nationwide All Breeds Champion Oldenburg N.A. Weanling Colt of the Year.

Ranked 2nd in the Nation as the Reserve Champion, Horse of  the Year for 2003, Sport Horse Colt.

For the 2003 breeding season MarKim Farms selected Ultimate Piaffe's Oldenburg Stallion Ideal**** as the sire and Liaisonne (By Frohwind*****) as the mare.  And  we had a beautiful Oldenburg colt "Impromptu" . . . .  a real winner and proven Champion!   Ideal**** was sired by the great stallion Inschallah.  His pedigree also includes Zeus and Israel, his grandfathers, as well as Furioso II and Arlequin.
